SWAVET Alfafer 20% is an injectable solution used for the prevention and treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia in piglets. It should be used strictly as directed, with a single dose of 1 mL administered by deep intramuscular injection into the neck muscle of the piglet. Treatment should be given within the first 72 hours after birth to ensure effective iron supplementation. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
