Ultratet L.A. is indicated for the treatment and control of conditions caused by, or associated with, oxytetracycline-susceptible organisms. Its long action is recommended where for veterinary, practical or economic reasons it is not possible or desirable to handle and treat the animal frequently. Cattle: For the treatment of tick-borne gall sickness (anaplasmosis), heartwater, foot rot, pneumonia, navel-illand joint-ill. Sheep and goats: For treatment of heartwater, foot rot, pneumonia, navel-ill and joint-ill. Pigs: For treatment of foot rot, pneumonia, navel-ill and joint-ill.
