The Mirage Low pressure 600L fire fighter is designed for fighting various types of fires from grass fires to bush fires. It can also be used for transferring water and similar applications. The lightweight, easy to lift and load, fast-reaction fire fighter has a 600L water tank, The low pressure pump allows you to spray a jet of water a distance of well over 20 metres and can be adjusted to a wide spray jet also for wetting down after fires. Fitted with a Honda GP160 – 163cc engine, it offers the customer longevity and quality that is synonymous with the Honda engine brand. A 5.5HP high-torque engine, it is ideally suited to working in harsh conditions. Designed from the ground up, the tank is a unique, moulded Polyethylene unit that will fit on most, if not all, bakkies and double cabs. Compact in its design and with a low centre-of-gravity it keeps the weight of the unit low and prevents the rolling and out-of-control feeling that is associated with other high tank designs.
